Per event based service for your products are offered to HP customers to help during peak production times. This service is for mission critical times requested by the customer and dedicates an HP certified engineer to be onsite during your peak season. The dedicated onsite support is available for a specific time period, requested by the customer, and is available for the Weekend, the Week, or for the Month.
